On April 15, 2024, we organized the concluding conference of the RESPO-VI project in Ljubljana. Speakers included Prof. Dr. Milena Horvat, Dean of the International Postgraduate School Jožef Stefan; Dr. Aida Kamišalić Latifić, State Secretary at the Ministry of Digital Transformation; and Jadranka Plut, Program Leader at the Ministry of Cohesion and Regional Development. Prof. Dr. Aleksander Zidanšek of the International Postgraduate School Jožef Stefan, and Dr. Bojan Cestnik, a representative from the project partner Temida d.o.o., presented the key results of the project, notably the RESPO-VI web application and the 10 defined STEM competencies for students. The conference concluded with a panel discussion where experts from various fields discussed future trends in educational technologies and career development in higher education, emphasizing the guidance of students to enhance their progress and employment prospects. The RESPO-VI web application is pivotal as it allows monitoring of competency development in students and enhances their readiness for the demands of the modern job market.
